Woooo Hoooo, It's Small Talk 6 Saturday!

This weeks topic is.....6 things you always wondered about any of your teachers or professors when you were in school.

I don't think I ever really gave my teachers or professors a whole lot of thought. But let's see what I can come up with.....

#1.) I had an English teacher in 11th grade, we all wondered if she wore a wig. I'm thinking, she probably did. My friends Tammy and Carol can probably tell me what they think about Mrs. Scott's hair....

#2.) How they were at home with their kids. Did they run the house like they ran the classroom?

#3.) We had a really cute history teacher in 10th grade and I sometimes wondered about what it might be like to .......dare I say it......Kiss Him.. There I said it. Sshhhh....Don't tell anyone ok!

#4.) I had an English Lit professor in college, that I often wondered what was she thinking when she put that outfit together. But hey, I guess she had her on sense of style. She didn't follow the crowd. Kudos for her. Today I respect that, back then I just thought it was weird.

#5.) I have often thought, does this professor even care that I have other classes, and atleast 10 other projects to finish? Probably not right? Just get the work done kid!

#6.) And last but not least, I had a history professor in college, that obviously wondered about me....for example....I decided to personally take 2 weeks off from his class for spring break. He made a point to welcome me back to class after this absence, in front of everyone. He also said, I must have really needed the extra time off. "Please tell us Miss Renee, what did you do on your extra time off". LOL....I never did that again, and I made dang sure I got a good grade in that class! :)

I really enjoy doing this meme. It's very thought provoking. I just thought about things, I haven't thought of in years...

I hope everyone has a super Saturday!!

In Christ Love,

I hated it when teachers took an interest in my private life. Freaky.

LOL @ #3!!!

It's almost weird to imagine our teachers as "real" people, and living a normal life!

Happy Saturday!
I'm like you...I don't remember thinking much about my teachers either.

I don't remember much about school, as it is a time I'd never want to repeat. I do remember that I formed closer bonds with some of the teachers than I did with my peers. I know, I'm a geek.

I had a lot of teachers like #4. I always wondered about their clothes, but looking back now, I don't see why it was such a big deal to me.

Ok, strange on that last one. I thought teachers only did that kind of embarrassment stuff in HS! LOL

You mean teachers have a life outside of school? Is that allowed?

I like this "small talk six saturday" very fun! This topic is too funny because I studied to become a teacher, but decided after graduation not to pursue a career in teaching after all...anyway, it just makes me wonder what some student might have wondered about me had I been a teacher! lol :-)

What a cute meme! I would have a hard time remembering what I thought of my teachers. It's just been Too Long. Sigh.

Dropping by to welcome you to SITS - glad to have you join us!

I've had teachers in the past who couldn't have possibly been human. They had to have been aliens. Seriously.

I'm here with the SITS Welcome Wagon! I've been a member from the beginning, and it's such a wonderful community of women. I've met so many amazing bloggers and read so many fun blogs. Welcome aboard, SITSta!
