Small Talk 6 Saturday....

Small Talk Six Saturdays is a weekly Meme created by MomDot to engage conversations during the “slower” Blog Saturdays.Every week, those participating respond to a different topic. The response is done in 6; either 6 words, 6 paragraphs, photos etc…

This weeks topic is 6 pieces of advice you think is obvious, but that some people just need to hear......

#1.) Don't drink and drive.

#2.) Say no to drugs.

#3.) Please don't wear low rise jeans with a thong. We really do not want to see the view of your underwear.

#4.) One random act of kindness a day can change the world.

#5.) My Mama used to tell me this one and I now find myself repeating it to my kids. Always leave the house wearing a clean pair of underwear.

#6.) Choose your friends wisely.
Have a great Saturday everyone!! Spend it with someone you love.
In Christ,

Believe it or not, I once failed to heed that motherly advice and left the house without ANY underwear (lazy morning, threw on sweats to take my son to the babysitter and return home). As luck would have it, I got in a car wreck and injured my leg. As the EMT began cutting up the leg of my sweats, I had to cry out, "Wait! Wait! I didn't listen to my mother, and not only am I not wearing clean underwear, but I'm not wearing ANY underwear!!!" It was actually quite funny. (to me, anyway) Excellent advice!
